Ứng dụng Lịch Công Giáo do Ban Truyền thông Giáo phận Phú Cường phát hành, nhằm cung cấp lịch phụng vụ Công giáo, bài đọc, thông tin các ngày lễ và thông báo mục vụ. Chúng tôi tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của người dùng và cam kết thu thập dữ liệu ở mức tối thiểu.
- Ứng dụng KHÔNG yêu cầu tài khoản đăng nhập
Người dùng sử dụng Ứng dụng mà không cần tạo tài khoản. Chúng tôi không thu thập tên, địa chỉ email, số điện thoại hay bất kỳ thông tin định danh cá nhân nào của người dùng.
- Dữ liệu Ứng dụng có sử dụng
- Mã thiết bị nhận thông báo (push token): Khi người dùng cho phép nhận thông báo, Ứng dụng nhận một mã kỹ thuật từ dịch vụ Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) và Apple Push Notification service. Mã này được lưu trên máy chủ của chúng tôi chỉ để gửi các thông báo phụng vụ (ngày lễ, lễ bổn mạng, thông báo của Giáo phận). Mã này không cho biết danh tính của người dùng.
- Thông tin kỹ thuật: Phiên bản ứng dụng, phiên bản hệ điều hành và loại thiết bị có thể được gửi kèm khi Ứng dụng kiểm tra cập nhật hoặc tải nội dung, nhằm bảo đảm tương thích.
- Dữ liệu lưu trên máy: Lịch phụng vụ và các tuỳ chọn cá nhân (ví dụ cài đặt thông báo) được lưu ngay trên thiết bị của người dùng và không được gửi đi nơi khác.
- Quyền truy cập
Ứng dụng chỉ xin quyền gửi thông báo. Ứng dụng không truy cập vị trí, danh bạ, máy ảnh, micrô, hình ảnh hay tệp cá nhân của người dùng.
- Chia sẻ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi không bán, không cho thuê, không trao đổi dữ liệu người dùng cho bên thứ ba vì mục đích quảng cáo. Ứng dụng không hiển thị quảng cáo và không dùng công cụ theo dõi (tracking) của bên thứ ba. Dữ liệu kỹ thuật nêu trên chỉ được xử lý qua dịch vụ gửi thông báo của Google Firebase và Apple để thực hiện chức năng thông báo.
- Lưu trữ và bảo mật
Dữ liệu được truyền qua kết nối mã hoá HTTPS. Máy chủ của chúng tôi được bảo vệ bằng các biện pháp kỹ thuật hợp lý. Mã thông báo được giữ lại trong thời gian Ứng dụng còn cài trên thiết bị; khi người dùng gỡ Ứng dụng, mã sẽ ngừng hoạt động.
- Trẻ em
Ứng dụng phù hợp với mọi lứa tuổi và không thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ em.
- Thay đổi chính sách
Chính sách này có thể được cập nhật. Mọi thay đổi sẽ được đăng tại trang này kèm ngày cập nhật mới.

Privacy Policy — "Catholic Calendar" Application

The Catholic Calendar application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") is published by the Office of Communications of the Diocese of Phú Cường, with the purpose of providing the Catholic liturgical calendar, scriptural readings, information on feast days, and pastoral announcements. We respect the privacy of our users and are committed to collecting data only to the minimum extent necessary.
- The Application Does NOT Require a User Account
Users may use the Application without creating an account. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information (PII) from users.
- Data Used by the Application
- Push notification token: When the user grants permission to receive notifications, the Application obtains a technical token from Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM, by Google) and the Apple Push Notification service (APNs). This token is stored on our server solely for the purpose of delivering liturgical notifications (feast days, patronal feasts, and diocesan announcements). The token does not reveal the identity of the user.
- Technical information: The application version, operating system version, and device model may be transmitted when the Application checks for updates or downloads content, in order to ensure compatibility.
- On-device data: The liturgical calendar and personal preferences (e.g., notification settings) are stored locally on the user's device and are not transmitted elsewhere.
- Permissions
The Application requests only the permission to send notifications. The Application does not access the user's location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or personal files.
- Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties for advertising purposes. The Application does not display advertisements and does not employ third-party tracking tools. The technical data described above is processed only through the notification delivery services provided by Google Firebase and Apple, for the sole purpose of carrying out the notification function.
- Storage and Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Our servers are protected by reasonable technical safeguards. The notification token is retained for as long as the Application remains installed on the device; once the user uninstalls the Application, the token becomes inactive.
- Children
The Application is suitable for users of all ages and does not collect personal information from children.
- Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page together with the new update date.
